Comedian and actor Bill Engvall can now add “dancer” to his resume. This AMT favorite is currently competing on Season 17 of ABC’s Dancing With The Stars on Monday evenings.
Bill is well known to fans as part of the successful Blue Collar Comedy concerts with fellow stand-up comics Jeff Foxworthy, Larry the Cable Guy, and Ron White.
Over the past four weeks, Bill and his professional dancing partner, Emma Slater, have performed the Foxtrot, Jive, Paso Doble and Samba. At the end of the evening on October 7, Bill and Emma learned they were the first couple “safe” from elimination, and would be advancing to week five of the competition.
Bill has brought his down-home humor and country comedy to AMT numerous times over the past few years, and is scheduled to return for two shows on April 26, 2014. Tickets to both the 3 and 7 p.m. shows are available by clicking here.
We wish Bill the best in his quest for the DWTS “mirror ball trophy.” We’re sure he’ll have lots of fun dancing stories to tell when he returns to AMT in April!
