Stand-up comedian, actor and voice artist Billy Gardell has been part of the comedy industry since 1989. He currently stars as Officer Mike Biggs in the hit TV show Mike & Molly and was previously seen in the TV series Yes Dear, My Name is Earl, and The Practice, among others. Gardell took the long road to Hollywood, stopping at every small town lounge, military base, and comedy club along the way. Stories about his rough childhood, wild adolescence, and new family life are executed with the skill of a master craftsman.

If you love Doo Wop like it used to be, you won’t want to miss the extravaganza of stars scheduled to appear in our Spring Doo Wop Cavalcade. Cesar Millan Live!

Cesar Millan will reveal the secrets of happier, healthier relationships between humans and their canine companions in his exciting live show. Joined by his famous four-legged companion, Junior, Cesar will share his philosophies and methods, then present examples via live demonstrations with multiple dogs. From his years of experience, Cesar will show that for a transformation to take place in a dog, the real transformation quite often needs to take place in their human companion first. Vince Gill

Starting out as a bluegrass singer and multi-instrumentalist with country-rockers Pure Prairie League, country singer/songwriter Vince Gill has gone on to win multiple CMA and Grammy awards, and was inducted into the Country Music Hall of Fame. He recently toured as part of the popular Western Swing band The Time Jumpers. Vince’s numerous hits include “When I Call Your Name,” “Don’t Let Our Love Start Slippin’ Away,” “I Still Believe in You,” “One More Last Chance,” “Tryin’ to Get Over You,” and “Whenever You Come Around.”

We have some great concerts scheduled during the month of August. Here are some fun tidbits about a few of the celebrities who will be performing at AMT soon.

Did you know that …

Jackie Evancho (August 10, 7pm) is The Humane Society of the United States’ youngest Celebrity Ambassador for Animals? In her role, Jackie shares information about important animal issues with her fans and the public in addition to encouraging kids to get involved, too.
On July 22, Human Nature (August 12, 8pm) made a special appearance at the Penn State Hershey Children’s Hospital as part of the music therapy program at the Hospital? They flew in from Las Vegas specifically for that performance.
In October of 2011, Yanni (August 19, 7:30 pm) was honored by the people of China with the adoption of a two-month old giant panda cub? Adopting a panda is an honor that is reserved almost exclusively for nations, not personalities or individuals, and Yanni is the first artist to ever be honored with this gift.
Johnny Mathis (August 25, 8pm) was a star athlete on his high school’s track and field team as a high jumper and hurdler, and played on the basketball team? Mathis entered college with the intention of being an English and Physical Education teacher.
The Eli Young Band (August 29, 8pm) gets its name from lead vocalist Mike Eli and guitarist James Young?
