AMT Welcomes Groups

AMT is conveniently located on Route 30, a major highway running through the heart of Lancaster County. Getting to the theatre is an easy trip from nearby areas including New York, New Jersey, Maryland, Delaware and Virginia. We are motorcoach-friendly, with ample, free, on-premises parking.

The FAQs below relate specifically to our annual Christmas Show which runs November and December. Terms and conditions vary for our concerts (January – October) so please contact our group sales representative for specific concert information at 800.648.4102.


Do you have marketing resources to help me promote your shows to my customers?

What constitutes a group?

AMT considers 15 or more guests in a reservation as a group.

Does AMT offer discounts?

Yes. For our annual AMT Christmas Show, we offer discounted tickets. Groups of 20 or more receive one free escort admission. Motorcoach drivers are welcome to view the show in our general admission seating area located at the rear of the auditorium. Drivers do not need to be included in your paid, reserved seat counts.

What are the payment terms?

For the AMT annual Christmas Show, a 10% deposit is due 90 days prior to your chosen performance date. Your final count and payment is then due 30 days prior to your chosen performance date. Seat counts may be reduced up to 30 days prior to performance date.

How do we get our tickets?

Your tickets will be mailed or sent by email to you when the reservation is complete and we have received your final payment.

Do you have on-site parking?

Yes, we do have a large parking lot with reserved motorcoach/minibus parking. Parking is free. There will be multiple parking lot attendants to direct your driver around the AMT building to the designated parking area.

Do you offer dining or other add-ons?

No, we do not offer any dining packages or bundles. Our Where to Stay & Play page provides information to some of the most popular local hotels, restaurants and other attractions.

How or when do I select my seats?

You will select your seats at time of booking.

What time should our group arrive?

Please arrive 60 minutes prior to your performance. For your convenience, our concessions and gift shop are open one hour prior to the performance. Doors to the auditorium open 45 minutes prior to start of the performance.

What is the show length?

Concert lengths vary, but the AMT Christmas Show is two hours with a 15-minute intermission (total time: 2 hours).

What are your theatre floor plans?

First Level
Orchestra – Rows A – P (A is closest to the stage)
Mezzanine – Rows Q – X (X is closest to the rear of the first level near the exits)

Lower balcony – Rows AA – CC
Upper balcony – Rows DD – HH

Our elevator is located in the lobby area to the right of the Box Office.

What if our group arrives late or after the show starts?

Entry to the auditorium is at the discretion of the house manager. Our house staff will assist you to your seats.
