The Wardrobe Manager oversees all aspects of costumes and wardrobe. Manages the maintenance, organization, and preparation of costumes. Supervises wardrobe staff and ensures performers are properly dressed and prepared according to production requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of the wardrobe department.
- Develop and maintain wardrobe plots, costume tracking, and documentation.
- Maintain, organize, and track all costumes, accessories, and wardrobe inventory.
- Oversee costume preparation, fittings, alterations, cleaning, and repairs.
- Ensure performers are properly dressed and ready for performances.
- Supervise wardrobe dressers and support staff during productions.
- Coordinate with costume designers, production management, and stage management.
- Manage laundry, dry cleaning, and costume maintenance schedules.
- Ensure quick changes are executed smoothly during performances.
- Maintain costume storage, labeling, and organization systems.
- Monitor wardrobe supplies and order materials as needed.
- Work as back up Dresser for the Christmas performance run
- Ensure compliance with safety, cleanliness, and backstage protocols.
Qualifications
- Experience in wardrobe management and costume construction for theatrical production.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Experience with computer programs for communication, ordering, and tracking
- Knowledge of costume construction, fabrics, and garment care.
- Ability to supervise staff and coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience working in live performance environments preferred.
- Basic sewing and garment repair skills required.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and performance schedules as needed
Key Skills
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office: Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook
- Leadership and team management, organization, and inventory management
- Problem-solving in live performance environments
- Experience with managing paperwork and charting,
- Candidates should be able to generate and maintain production paperwork (run sheets, tracking documents, maintenance logs, and reports)

Summary
Master Electrician (ME), Board Op. (ETC Eos Ti), assist with plot installation and design, and execute Lighting Design (LD)/ME duties for Original Shows and Celebrity Concerts as assigned. Assists with loading and unloading for shows.
Duties
Original Shows/General
- Execute installation, focus, and programming of the lighting system
- Execute and document equipment maintenance and service
- Oversee inventory and forward orders to TD as required
- Oversee daily maintenance and troubleshooting of lighting equipment, including follow-spots, conventional and moving fixtures, foggers, consoles, and practicals, etc.
- Maintain plot, circuit, or patch list, focus chart, etc., and all documentation as needed
- Respond appropriately to emergencies during the performance of a show
- Run the lighting console and call lighting/spot cues during performances as required
- Float and swing Original Show as assigned by the Stage Manager
- Promote good communication and safety habits among the lighting crew during shows
- Maintain the design and maintenance of the Original Show design
- Assist in lighting research and design elements as assigned
- Program Original Show design as required/assigned
- Work as a Stage Technician as needed
- Attend design meetings and rehearsals as required
- Assist with planning and scheduling elements of load in, load out, and rehearsals
- Assist with research and development of various special effects, scenic elements, etc.
- inventory supplies, materials, tools, and equipment, etc., as required and/or assigned
- Assist in the assignment and organization of lighting, video, and follow-spot cues
- Help coordinate trusses and battens between scenery, props, lighting, etc.
Concerts & Events
- Coordinate advance work with touring personnel as required; estimates; primary contact
- Assist in re-configuring lighting as required
- Assist in operating all lighting equipment necessary for performances
- Troubleshoot lighting elements as necessary
- Run the lighting in the absence of the Touring LD
- Assist Touring LD in house lighting adjustments
- Assist Touring LD in maintenance of lighting equipment and inventory
Stage Tech/Build
- Approximately 30% (+/-) of workload; varies due to each employee’s skills, work schedule, and build needs, etc.
- Work as Stage Tech as needed
- Assist with the construction, finishing, load-in and load-out of scenery and props
- Assist with the organization and transportation of set pieces between the theatre and the warehouse
General
- This position is responsible for maintaining safety, organization, and cleanliness, and ensuring the quality, consistency, and highest possible production values for all shows
- Additional duties may be assigned that are within the reasonable duties and functions of this position

We have openings for skilled sewers to work with our wardrobe department on our Christmas Show costumes. Candidates with advanced sewing skills in construction, alterations, sewing patterns, and machine skills.
Candidates should be available to work flexible hours and will be assigned projects to work on sewing at home.

- Ability to work on sewing machines and sergers

- Skills in alterations and repairs ranging from men’s suits to gowns to every-day and formal attire for both adults and youth/teens

Duties:
Stage Technician
- Perform and assist with deck moves, fly rail, prop, and scenic needed
- Load and load out of concert shows as needed
- Promote good communication and safety habits among crew during shows
- Assist with the maintenance of scenic elements of the show, including set pieces, rigging, props, special effects, and hard and soft flying goods
- Assist with cleaning and organization of backstage areas
- Cross trains/backs up on other technician tracks and disciplines: follow spot, video camera, etc.
- Additional duties may be assigned, which are within the reasonable functions of this position.
Warehouse/Scenic Build/Props
- Use various fabrication methods, such as electrics, fabrics, foam carving, and others, to build scenery, props, or other production items according to the production timeline
- Assist with scenic load in/load as coordinated by Production Managers
- Maintain communication with vendors and acquire quotes and purchasing materials needed for scenery and props
- Assist with the research of techniques and materials needed for build
- Provide samples of materials and finishes for scenery and props
- Assist with ongoing maintenance and improvements to the warehouse and theatre as assigned
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards of all shops and warehouse
- Additional duties may be assigned, which are within the reasonable functions of this position.
