The four-part harmonies and upbeat songs of The Oak Ridge Boys have spawned dozens of country hits and a #1 pop smash, earned them Grammy, Dove, CMA, and ACM awards, and garnered a host of other industry and fan accolades. The Oaks bring four decades of charted singles, and 50 years of tradition, to hit songs such as “Elvira,” “Dream On,” “Bobbie Sue,” “Fancy Free,” “American Made,” and “Thank God for Kids.”

Jimmy Fortune, The Malpass Brothers, and Wilson Fairchild

Jimmy Fortune toured, sang, and performed with the legendary Statler Brothers for 21 years. Fortune quickly lived up to his name — he wrote the group’s second No. 1 hit, “Elizabeth” and followed that with two more No. 1 hits, namely “My Only Love” and “Too Much On My Heart.” Fortune also wrote the top-10 hit “Forever” and co-wrote the top-10 hit “More Than a Name on the Wall.”

As young boys, The Malpass Brothers — Christopher and Taylor — soaked up the music of their granddad’s phonograph records. Christopher earned his first talent show trophy at age 7, and Taylor was playing mandolin by the time he was 10. Today, they promote the work and music of classic country artists they treasure while creating new music and making their own mark in the lineage of a rich American cultural heritage.

Wilson Fairchild is a country music duo made up of Wil and Langdon Reid from the beautiful Shenandoah Valley of Virginia. They get their “entertainment chops” honestly. Wil’s dad is Harold Reid and Langdon’s dad is Don Reid of the legendary Statler Brothers. Along with recording their own music, such artists as the Statler Brothers, Ricky Skaggs, and Dailey & Vincent have recorded their songs, as well.

The Lettermen will be performing at AMT on Friday, July 23 at 7:30pm, and The Lettermen Community Project (LCP) has announced their first Pop Up event.

The LCP has partnered with Lancaster’s Water Street Mission to support the Mission’s Outreach Ministries Food Pantry. A table will be set up in the AMT lobby the night of the show to receive donated non-perishable food items.

Suggestions include pantry items such as brown and white sugar, rice, cereal, spaghetti sauce, and canned fruits, soups, and vegetables; condiments such as mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and salad dressings; and beverages such as coffee, tea, and juice.

The Lettermen and American Music Theatre thank those who are able to donate to those in need.

Nitty Gritty Dirt Band has earned multi-platinum and gold records along with Grammy, IBMA, CMA Awards and nominations thanks to a string of top ten hits such as “Fishin’ In The Dark,” “Mr. Bojangles,” and “An American Dream.” Their groundbreaking Will The Circle Be Unbroken album has been inducted into the U.S. Library of Congress as well as the Grammy Hall of Fame.
