We’re excited to introduce you to John-Philip Bowen, one of the sensational singers making his AMT debut in MUSIC OF THE NIGHT — The Songs of Andrew Lloyd Webber.

 

John-Philip was born in Oslo, Norway, lived in nearby Hanover, PA during his youth, and is pursuing a career as an entertainer in Las Vegas, where he currently resides. SomeJohn-Philip-Graphic2 of John-Philip’s theatre credits include — National Tour with Theatreworks USA, Forever Plaid, The Secret Garden, Kiss Me Kate, Mystery Of Edwin Drood and Oh What A Night! (Tribute to Frankie Valli and The Four Seasons.)

 

This past March, John-Philip won the Speedway Superstar competition in Las Vegas, and earned the opportunity to sing the National Anthem prior to the televised start of the Sam’s Town 300 NASCAR Nationwide Series race. He bested 250 other hopefuls. Click here to watch the video.

Our creative teams are pulling out all the stops as they prepare for our second summer show of the season, Dance Explosion. This dynamic, all new extravaganza will showcase the sounds, sensations, and dance styles that have defined the generations through the years.

 

Dazzling dance moves, amazing vocals and the unmistakable sounds of the AMT Cast and Band will rev-up this all-new Original Show, igniting the stage with the ultimate explosion of movement, sound, and rhythm.

 

DanceExplosionGraphic1 We’re thrilled to have signed on ten of the most incredible professional dancers from across the country. They’ll be lighting up the stage with a variety of dance styles, including Waltz, Swing, Tango, Broadway, Jazz, Hip Hop, Tap, and Contemporary.

 

Dance Explosion will also feature two of AMT’s superb singers, Michelle Rajotte and Todd Mitchell, showcasing their vocal talents to compliment the exceptional music and dancing.

In her Lancaster Online article about Cirque Mechanics Boom Town, Correspondent Teresa Bono wrote “Touted as a perfect combination of theatre and circus, ‘Boom Town’ features breathtaking acrobatics, clowns for the kids and a cleverly developed story line about a mining town in frontier times.”
