New Concert Announcement – The Monkees

Here’s another fun concert coming this August –

Public On Sale: Saturday, May 30 at 9am
Assembled in 1965 for the television series The Monkees about a struggling rock band, the quartet of Micky Dolenz, Michael Nesmith, Peter Tork, and the late Davy Jones brought a mix of pop, rock, psychedelica, Broadway, and country to their music, along with a heavy dose of comedy. The Monkees racked up numerous hits including “Last Train to Clarksville,” “I’m a Believer,” “(I’m Not Your) Steppin’ Stone,” “A Little Bit Me, A Little Bit You,” “Pleasant Valley Sunday,” and “Daydream Believer.” Today, Micky Dolenz and Peter Tork carry on the Monkees’ tradition, featuring all the Monkees’ hits and a multi-media presentation with clips from their TV show, plus an intimate acoustic set and solo spots for each of the singers.
