Ticket Sales Terms & Conditions

AMERICAN MUSIC THEATRE – TERMS AND CONDITIONS

American Music Theatre (AMT) presents concerts and original shows to Central Pennsylvania and surrounding regions. We operate in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations regarding ticket sales.

AMT may update these terms and conditions from time to time and/or may supplement them for a particular performance. If you have any questions about our terms and conditions or ticket purchases, please call the AMT Box Office at 800-648-4102.

TICKET SALES

  • ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL
  • Tickets purchased from a source other than AMTshows.com may be lost, stolen, fake, or otherwise violate our terms or policies.
  • AMT may charge service fees. These fees will be disclosed during the ticket purchasing process and are subject to change at any time.
  • The official online ticketing provider for AMT tickets is www.AMTshows.com. AMT does not guarantee the authenticity of tickets purchased from any third-party reseller (such as brokers or individuals). Tickets may also be purchased in person at our Box Office, 2425 Lincoln Highway East, Lancaster, PA 17602, or by calling 800.648.4102.
  • Tickets may not be sold for more than face value. Limited exceptions for charitable events may be made, only with AMT’s prior consent.
  • Fraudulent, misleading, or other unlawful conduct in a ticket purchase or sale is a basis for legal enforcement. AMT reserves the right to provide authorities with account holder information for investigation or prosecution of a ticket purchase or sale.
  • All concerts and productions have ticket purchase limits. The limit may be determined by The Artist, account, household, credit card, IP address, email address, street address, or other method. If a person or organization purchases more than the limit, AMT may revoke all or part of the excess and issue a refund.
  • For purchases exceeding 14 tickets, please contact the AMT Group Sales Department at 800.648.4102.
  • AMT reserves the right to not sell a ticket to any person or organization if we have knowledge or reason to believe, by virtue of the buying process, the buyer’s behavior, or for other reason, that the purchase is for resale or would otherwise violate AMT’s terms, policies or applicable laws. AMT reserves the right to not honor a ticket that AMT knows or has reason to believe has been purchased in violation of our terms and conditions or applicable laws.
  • Ticket purchasers who are identified as having violated AMT’s terms and conditions or having purchased with the intent to violate AMT’s terms and conditions may have their membership revoked, accounts closed, tickets revoked, admission refused, delivery method changed without prior notification, and/or future purchases refused. Tickets may be seized and canceled without compensation.
  • By submitting your order, you agree to these terms and conditions, which apply to all ticket orders facilitated by www.AMTshows.com.

Cancellations, Refunds, and Exchanges

  • ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL. Prior to completing your ticket purchase, carefully verify all information (Artist, date, time, seat selection, etc.). Orders are subject to approval.
  • CANCELLATION. Due to the nature of live entertainment, bookings, dates, titles, availability and prices are subject to change at any time. In the event of cancellation all ticket holders will be notified and their purchases will be refunded. In cases where an event is rescheduled/postponed, ticket holders may be able to obtain a refund or choose to attend the rescheduled/postponed event at the new date/time. When AMT learns of an event cancellation/reschedule/postponement, more detailed options will be communicated to all ticket holders for said event.

Ticket Delivery

  • AMT is not responsible for email delivery delays or failure. Tickets will be delivered by email within 24 hours of purchase. Please add tickets@amtshows.com to your safe sender’s list to help ensure delivery. Some exceptions may apply.
  • Tickets held at the Box Office Will Call may be picked up starting one hour prior to performance start time. The Box Office may require a valid state or government-issued photo ID at the time of pickup and reserves the right to not release ticket if the name on the ID does not match the name used to purchase tickets.

MEMBERSHIP

  • ALL MEMBERSHIP SALES ARE FINAL
  • Members who violate AMT’s terms and conditions or purchase with the intent to violate AMT’s terms and conditions may have their accounts closed, tickets revoked, membership revoked, admission refused, delivery method changed without prior notification, and/or future purchases refused. Tickets and memberships may be seized and canceled without compensation.

PRIVACY & DATA SECURITY

We take your right to privacy seriously and want you to feel comfortable using our website. This Privacy Policy deals with personally identifiable information (referred to as “data” below) that may be collected by us on our site. This Privacy Policy does not apply to other entities that we do not own or control or persons who are not our employees, agents or otherwise outside our control.

Collection of Data

  • Your username, email address, or other submissions that you make on AMTshows.com may contain your real name or other personally identifiable information and, as a result, may appear on this site. Like many websites, we may also automatically receive general information that is contained in our server log files such as your IP address and cookie information. Information about how advertising may be served on this site (if at all) is set forth below.

Use of Data

  • We may use data to customize and improve your user experience on this site. We will make efforts so that your data will not be provided to third parties unless (i) provided for otherwise in this Privacy Policy; (ii) we obtain your consent, such as when you choose to opt-in or opt-out to the sharing of data; (iii) a service provided on our site requires the interaction with or is provided by a third party, by way of example an Application Service Provider; (iv) pursuant to legal process or law enforcement; (v) we find that your use of this site violates our this Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, other usage guidelines or is deemed reasonably necessary by us to protect our legal rights and/or property; or (vi) this site is purchased by a third party whereby that third party will be able to use the Data in the same manner as we can as set forth in this Privacy Policy.   • Like many web sites, we may set and use cookies to enhance your user experience, such as retaining your personal settings. Advertisements may appear on our website and, if so, may set and access cookies on your computer and is subject to the privacy policy of those parties providing the advertisement. However, the companies serving the advertising do not have access to our cookies. These companies usually use non-personally identifiable or anonymous codes to obtain information about your visits to our site.

Please note: Unsubscribing from marketing emails does not affect your receipt of necessary transactional communications related to ticket purchases.

Editing or Deleting Your Account Information

  • We provide you with the ability to edit the information in your user account that you provided to us during registration by using your personal page configuration area. You may request deletion of your user account by contacting us at 800-648-4102. Content or other data that you may have provided to us and that is not contained within your user account, such as posts that may appear within our forums, may continue to remain on our site at our discretion even though your user account is deleted.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

  • We may make changes to this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of substantial changes to this Privacy Policy either by posting a prominent announcement on our site and/or by sending a message to the e-mail address you have provided to us that is contained within your user settings.
