Meet New Cast Member John-Philip Bowen!
We’re excited to introduce you to John-Philip Bowen, one of the sensational singers making his AMT debut in MUSIC OF THE NIGHT — The Songs of Andrew Lloyd Webber.
John-Philip was born in Oslo, Norway, lived in nearby Hanover, PA during his youth, and is pursuing a career as an entertainer in Las Vegas, where he currently resides. Some of John-Philip’s theatre credits include — National Tour with Theatreworks USA, Forever Plaid, The Secret Garden, Kiss Me Kate, Mystery Of Edwin Drood and Oh What A Night! (Tribute to Frankie Valli and The Four Seasons.)
This past March, John-Philip won the Speedway Superstar competition in Las Vegas, and earned the opportunity to sing the National Anthem prior to the televised start of the Sam’s Town 300 NASCAR Nationwide Series race. He bested 250 other hopefuls. Click here to watch the video.
“I’m thrilled to be coming to AMT,” John-Philip said. “I attended a Christmas Show in the past, while visiting my family — it’s such an honor to now perform in this beautiful theatre. I’m really, really excited to come back to where I grew up. I’ve received so much support from the folks of Hanover and I’m excited to be able to give back to the community.”
