Ticket Purchasing Options

Tickets may be purchased at the AMT Box Office, over the phone or through AMTshows.com. Phone and Internet orders incur a $3.50 per ticket service charge.

Payment Policies

AMT accepts cash and checks when tickets are purchased at the box office. Orders placed via Phone or Internet must be paid via MasterCard, VISA, Discover or American Express. All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase.

Checks can be accepted when purchasing tickets in person at the box office as long as the order is placed ten (10) business days before the date of the show. American Music Theatre will charge a $20 fee for all returned checks.

Refunds and Exchanges

Tickets purchased for Original Shows are non-refundable but can be exchanged for a different date, as long as the show has not started that day.

Tickets purchased for Concerts are considered a final sale. There are no refunds and no exchanges.
