Jackson Browne has written and performed some of the most literate and moving songs in popular music and has defined a genre of songwriting charged with honesty, emotion, and personal politics. His laid-back, folk/rock style set the example for much of the music to come out of California during the 1970s. Unforgettable hits such as “Doctor My Eyes,” “Stay,” “Running on Empty,” “Somebody’s Baby,” and “Tender is the Night,” helped Browne earn his induction into both the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and the Songwriter’s Hall of Fame.
American Music Theatre is proud to welcome all types of shows and concerts to our stage. Sometimes during the course of a performance, audience members will show their enthusiasm by standing and dancing, or may approach the stage, especially when encouraged by the performers to do so.
