Bike Tours
Self-guided bike tours are offered throughout Lancaster County departing from both Intercourse and Lititz locations. Route cards are included with each rental, and you can choose between road bikes, hybrid bikes, and electric bicycles. If you’re starting your tour in Lititz, you can even choose cyclocross bikes and take on the cyclocross course!
Maybe self-guided isn’t your thing, and that’s okay. You also have the option to join a local guide for a tour. Routes vary in length from short and sweet to long and challenging, so there’s sure to be an option everyone will enjoy.
Covered Bridge Tour
Lancaster County is no stranger to covered bridges. This area hosts a wide variety of 19th century covered bridges to see. On a scooter, and with an experienced guide, your family will experience these beautiful bridges in a way you never could while cooped up in a car. On the Covered Bridge Tour, you’ll also see the countryside, along with Amish farms and schoolhouses.
Sky Zone Lancaster
Family members young and old will love Sky Zone. With trampolines wall-to-wall, you can jump to your heart’s content! Whether you just feel like jumping, want to try your hand at the SkyClimb, or a game of Ultimate Dodgeball, Sky Zone Lancaster has it available. Jump and event times vary, so plan your trip ahead of time just to be safe.
Fun and Fascination…with the World around Us!
Fun and Fascination is an educational nature series that takes place in the Lancaster County Park Environmental Center. Noted naturalist Mary Ann Schlegel hosts the series to help children explore the world’s major habitats as well as the creatures that live there. The series runs from mid-October through mid-December, and each session focuses on a different habitat. From oceans, to forests, to deserts, and everything in between, the whole family will enjoy the crafts, games, and outdoor time featured in each class.
