Box Office Hours
The AMT Box Office is open throughout the year at the following times and is open additional hours around showtimes.
We are excited to announce that our Box Office will be reopening with normal hours for in-person sales on Monday, June 7th. Until then, please reference our Temporary Box Office Hours, listed below.
Normal Box Office Hours (beginning June 7, 2021)
- Monday through Friday: 9am – 5pm
- Saturday: 9am – 3pm
- Sunday: Closed
*Due to the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic, we are currently operating at a reduced staffing capacity. Our Box Office will remain closed for in-person service until June 7th. Temporary Box Office Hours (for phone orders and inquiries)
- Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 9am – 12pm
- *Tuesday & Saturday: 9am – 12pm *only when newly-announced events are scheduled to go on sale.
To request a refund for postponed or canceled performances, please email your request, including your order number, to firstname.lastname@example.org, or leave a message at 800-648-4102. Refund requests will be accepted within the eligibility window listed in the notification sent to ticket holders. Refunds will be handled in the order they are received.
