Box Office Sales Associate – Key Holder

Job Summary

We’re hiring a full-time Box Office Sales Associate – Key Holder. Candidates should have excellent communication skills and be able to work in a lead role while promoting a positive work environment. Prior experience or a similar skill set for the following duties:

  • Call center customer service skills preferred
  • Point of Sale system or ticketing experience
  • Handle will call and walk up sales
  • Reconcile daily sales
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Effectively handle and resolve customer questions and complaints
  • Ability to communicate in a professional and mature manner
  • Prefer to, and works efficiently, in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to organize and prioritize deadlines and tasks simultaneously
  • MUST be available to work a flexible schedule of days, evenings, and weekends
  • 1- 2 yrs. related experience
  • College or other school preferred but not required
  • We offer comprehensive training
  • Rate range $15.00 – $16.00
