American Music Theatre now offers space rental and special performance rates for your 2013 Holiday party.  The 2013 Christmas Show is an unparalleled live performance featuring beautiful costumes,  breathtaking vocals, astonishing sets and all of your favorite Holiday songs. This year, create a truly memorable Holiday Party that your whole team will love.

Party Options and Pricing

There are three ways to treat your staff to this unique and unforgettable Christmas party opportunity.

Option 1: Catered Pre-Show Party & Show Tickets

Our lobby is a beautiful setting for your catered Christmas event.  Your staff can mingle in the festively decorated lobby while enjoying wine and cheese, coffee and dessert, heavy hors d’oeuvres, or whatever else you and the caterer can dream up.  Please see the Catered Party Information for more details.

Option 1 Pricing*:
– 25-99 guests – $33 per ticket for The 2013 Christmas Show:The First Noel
– 100-175 guests – $31 per ticket for The 2013 Christmas Show:The First Noel

Additional fees:
– $250 clean up fee for catered events
– Catering cost (see suggestions below)

Option 2: Show Only

Perhaps you want to plan a dinner feast at a favorite sit-down restaurant, but still want to treat your employees to some entertainment before/after the meal.  Or maybe allowing your staff to leave work early to make our 3pm matinee would be a great treat!  We can offer you discounted pricing to treat your staff.

Option 2 Pricing*:
– 25-99 guests – $33 per ticket for The 2013 Christmas Show:The First Noel
– 100-199 guests – $31 per ticket for The 2013 Christmas Show:The First Noel
– 200+ guests – $29 per ticket for The 2013 Christmas Show:The First Noel

Option 3: Show Vouchers as Gifts

Show vouchers basically act as a gift certificate to The 2013 Christmas Show:The First Noel.  If you cannot decide on a date for a party or event at the theatre, but still want to give your employees something unique, vouchers may be purchased at a discounted rate off our regular price.  We will provide you with schedules to hand out with the vouchers, so your employees may select dates convenient for them.

– 100-199 guests – $31 per ticket for The 2013 Christmas Show:The First Noel
– 200+ guests – $29 per ticket for The 2013 Christmas Show:The First Noel

* Rate is for admission to the show only.

Important Info

Available Dates

The 2013 Christmas Show: The First Noel opens November 5 and runs through December 30.  Reservations are based on availability at the time of booking.  Please call early to reserve your party, as many dates sell out!

Payment Policies

• A 10% deposit is required upon making your reservation.
• For catered parties, the $250 cleanup fee is due upon making your reservation. This non-refundable fee reserves the party space.
• Final count and payment is due 25 days prior to the event.
• Ticket price will be based upon final count.
• All sales are final.

Policies for Show Vouchers

• All vouchers must be paid for upon ordering.
• No refunds will be issued for unused vouchers.

More Information on Catered Parties at AMT

• There is space available on our balcony and landings in the lobby for private parties.  We cannot accommodate a formal, sit-down dinner, but heavy hors d’oeuvres, sandwiches and desserts are options that work well in our building.  For example, you could have breakfast or brunch before a 10:30am show, a light lunch with dessert before a 3:00pm show, or hors d’oeuvres with dessert before a 7:30pm show.
• Maximum number we are able to accommodate for a catered event is 175.
• The catering company is responsible for having staff to serve food and drinks at event.
• You will need to work with the caterer to decide upon food and beverage options. Also, the caterer will need to provide and set up any tables/linens you may need.
