Assistant Box Office Manager
We have an exciting Full Time opening in our Box Office. The Assistant Box Office Manager assists in managing the box office staff and ticket sales for all AMT original shows and concert events. Other duties include: maintaining ShoWare Ticketing system, managing membership programs, financial and ticket sales reporting, website updates, and ongoing staff training. Candidates must have exceptional customer service and leadership skills, and experience with conflict resolution. College or other Degree with 3+ years’ experience in theatre or event management with focus on customer service, accounting and ticketing systems. Must be available to work a flexible schedule of day, evening, and weekend hours with an average of 35+ hours a week. We have an immediate full-time opening in our production department. The ideal candidate works as an ME/Programmer who assists with plot installation and design and has LD/ME duties for our Celebrity Concerts and Original Shows. Oversees installation, focus, circuiting, troubleshooting, and maintenance and inventory of lighting equipment. Creates and maintains plot, circuit list, focus chart, etc. Runs console and calls lighting cues. Knowledge of: programmable consoles, moving fixtures and lamps, hang/focus, and cable rigging. ETC EOS or ION programming, testing and connection of 3-phase power, practical understanding of electrical power, and ability to work at height/grid. Lighting Design required. Position also performs tech crew responsibilities. Must be able to work a flexible schedule of days, evenings, and weekends.
Technical school or college degree, touring and Vectorworks, and 5 yrs. related experience, preferred.

If you have experience as a stagehand, then you may be a great fit as part of technical crew. Experience with Audio, Lighting, or Carpentry preferred.
