Production Coordinator

Immediate full time opening. This position is responsible for hosting AMT Celebrity Concerts. Duties includes: coordinating catering, hotels, ground transportation, dressing room management, reviewing rider contracts w/tour manager and caterers while adhering to budget.  Manages all concert hospitality needs. Supervises concert part time Runners. Also performs reporting & administrative tasks for the production department. Ideal candidate must be very detail oriented and have excellent customer service, organizational, and communication skills for interaction with a variety of concert personnel.  Must be available to work day, evening, & weekend hours and 12+ hour concert days. College degree and/or experience in concert/tours, hospitality, or theatre required. Health, dental, vision, life ins., PTO, and 401(k) company match. Very competitive hourly rate.

Seasonal Box Office Sales Associates

Now hiring for our Seasonal Part time Box Office Sales Associates. This position handles inbound ticket sales and walk-up business. Candidates must have exceptional customer service and people skills with basic computer knowledge. The box office gets very busy during the holiday season—candidates should prefer to work in a fast paced busy environment. Must be available to work a flexible schedule of days, evenings, and weekends Oct. – Dec. Great seasonal hourly rate!

If you have experience as a stagehand, then you may be a great fit as part of technical crew. Experience with Audio, Lighting, or Carpentry preferred. Candidates must be able to work days, evenings and weekends, and some night shifts during changeovers.  Currently reviewing applicants for future openings.
