Group Sales Manager

AMT is seeking a Group Sales Manager to develop and manage our Group Sales Program. This is a direct sales position responsible for developing relationships and strategies to generate sales to a variety of groups to meet revenue goals for AMT’s programming, including AMT Original Shows and Celebrity Concerts.

We are looking for candidates with at least 3 years sales and management experience in theatre/performing arts or in the group tour/travel industry, who possesses strong initiative and leadership skills with an excellent history of recruiting, building and cultivating relationship. Candidates must have effective and developed communication skills on phone, email, and in person. Staff management experience.  Website, ticketing system, and trade show experience preferred. Weekends and occasional travel required.

Master Electrician/Programmer

An immediate full time opening in our production department. Ideal candidate works as a ME/Programmer who assists with plot installation & design, and with LD/ME duties for our Celebrity Concerts & Original Shows. Oversees installation, focus, circuiting, troubleshooting, and maintenance and inventory of lighting equipment. Creates and maintains plot, circuit list, focus chart, etc. Runs console & calls lighting cues. Knowledge of: programmable consoles, moving fixtures, and lamps; hang and focus, and cable rigging. ETC EOS or ION programming, testing and connection of 3 phase power, practical understanding of electrical power, and ability to work at height/grid. Lighting Design skills a plus. Position also performs tech crew responsibilities. Must be able to work a flexible schedule of days, evenings, and weekends. Technical school or college degree, touring and Vectorworks and 5 yrs. related experience preferred. Parking Lot Attendants

Now hiring Part Time Parking Lot Attendants. We have openings available to work a flexible schedule of daytime, evening, and weekend hours scheduled around show times. 12-20+ hours a week as available. We seek enthusiastic individuals with excellent customer service skills, parking lot or traffic control experience preferred but not required.

Wardrobe Assistant

Immediate Part Time opening. This position works in wardrobe and production back stage.  Duties include working on costumes and garments doing stitching, cutting, sewing, alterations, repairs, fittings, laundry, organization.  Occasional back up duties as a dresser assisting performers back stage during show run, and as a runner for our Celebrity Concerts fulfilling errands, celebrity needs, and special requests.  Flexible day schedule 25+ hrs./wk. Some evening and weekend hours when performing back up duties. Sewing, costume, theatre, or hospitably/customer service experience preferred. US driver’s license required.

If you have experience as a stagehand, then you may be a great fit as part of technical crew. Experience with Audio, Lighting, or Carpentry preferred. Candidates must be able to work days, evenings and weekends, and some night shifts during changeovers.  Currently reviewing applicants for future openings.
